Show the HTTP response headers of a website

Sends a HEAD request and prints the status line and all response headers. The first line shows the protocol version and status code, for example HTTP/2 200. Below it you find server, cache-control and, for redirects, the target in location, among others.

Note: -k ignores certificate errors, for example when the SSL certificate has not been issued yet.
