Measure the HTML and header size of a page

Adjust the values, the command updates live
user@server
curl -s -o /dev/null -w 'Status: %{http_code} Header: %{size_header} Bytes HTML: %{size_download} Bytes\n' https://example.com/

Measures only the HTML document, without images, CSS and JavaScript. Unusually large HTML files are often caused by inline CSS from page builders, embedded SVGs or Base64 images, and they slow down parsing and rendering. Crawlers also only process a limited portion of very large documents.

Note: Without --compressed, curl does not request compression, so the uncompressed size is measured. Very large headers point to too many or too long cookies.
