Check server ports from outside with nmap

nmap -Pn -p 21,22,25,80,110,143,443,465,587,993,995,3306,8443,8880 server.example.com

Checks the given ports and reports them as open, closed or filtered. -Pn skips the initial ping so that hosts with blocked ICMP are scanned too. The list contains typical ports of a Plesk server, including 8443 for the panel and 3306 for MySQL, which usually should not be open to the outside.

Note: Only scan your own servers or systems you have explicit permission for. Run the scan from another machine, otherwise you only test local access. Install the package with apt install nmap if needed.
