php --ini

Prints the path of the loaded php.ini plus all additional files read from the conf.d directory. Helps when a configuration change has no effect because the wrong file was edited. On Debian, the CLI and FPM configurations are kept separately in /etc/php/<version>/cli and /etc/php/<version>/fpm.
