plesk sbin httpdmng --reconfigure-domain example.com

Rewrites the web server configuration of a domain based on the Plesk database and reloads the services. Useful when manual adjustments in vhost.conf or vhost_nginx.conf should be applied or generated files are broken.

Note: With --reconfigure-all instead of --reconfigure-domain, all domains are rewritten, which takes several minutes on large servers.
