stat /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/wp-config.php

Prints all metadata of a file: size, inode, permissions in octal and text form, owner and the timestamps Access, Modify, Change and, if supported by the filesystem, Birth. Modify is the last content change, Change the last change to content or metadata.

Note: Modify can be set freely with touch, Change cannot. If Change differs significantly, the file may have been tampered with afterwards.
