Generate an Ed25519 SSH key pair

Adjust the values, the command updates live
user@server
ssh-keygen -t ed25519 -a 100 -C "admin@example.com" -f ~/.ssh/id_ed25519_server

Creates a private key and the matching .pub file in ~/.ssh. Ed25519 keys are short, fast and considered a secure default. The option -a 100 increases the number of key derivation rounds for the passphrase, making brute-force attacks on a stolen key harder.

Note: If the file already exists, ssh-keygen asks before overwriting it. Use an empty passphrase only for automated jobs.
