Prints 1 if the site is visible to search engines and 0 if the setting “Discourage search engines from indexing this site” is enabled. A common mistake after a staging site goes live, resulting in noindex in the source code and a matching robots.txt.

Note: Unblock with wp option update blog_public 1. SEO plugins may also set their own noindex settings.
