Show the cron log: when which job ran

Adjust the values, the command updates live
root@server
journalctl -u cron --since today --no-pager

Filters the journal for the cron unit and shows lines like (webuser) CMD (php /var/www/...), which record every started job with user and command. This lets you check whether a job was triggered at the expected time at all. Whether it succeeded is not shown here; for that, the job has to log its own output.

Note: On systems with rsyslog, the same entries can be found with grep CRON /var/log/syslog.
