wp transient delete --expired --path=/var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs

Deletes all transients whose expiration time has passed. Transients are cached data from WordPress and plugins that end up in wp_options when no object cache is present, and they often stay there. The data is regenerated when needed.

Note: --all instead of --expired deletes every transient. That is harmless but may make page loads slower for a short time.
