plesk bin mail --update info@example.com -passwd 'NewSecurePassword'

Changes the password of the given address immediately. Typical use: after a password theft, a mailbox sends spam via SMTP AUTH and has to be locked quickly. The user’s mail clients and smartphones need to be set up again afterwards.

Note: Which accounts send unusually much mail is revealed by analyzing the sasl_username entries in the mail log.
