Check the status of the Plesk core services

systemctl status sw-engine sw-cp-server psa --no-pager

Prints status, uptime and the latest log lines of the three central Plesk services. sw-engine is the panel’s PHP process, sw-cp-server the web server for port 8443, and psa starts the remaining Plesk components. If a service shows failed, the log lines usually already reveal the reason.

Note: Without --no-pager, systemctl opens the output in less, which gets in the way in scripts.
