Check if Plesk is listening on ports 8443 and 8880

root@server
ss -tlnp | grep -E ':(8443|8880)\b'

Lists the listening TCP sockets on the Plesk panel ports including the process name. If sw-cp-server appears here, the panel is running locally and an access problem is more likely caused by a firewall or the network. If the output is empty, the panel web server is not running.

Note: ss -p only shows the process names in the users: column with root privileges.
