List IP addresses registered in Plesk

Lists the Plesk IP pool with the network interface, type and default certificate of each address. Useful after an IP change or when a new address is active on the server but does not show up in Plesk.

Note: If an address is missing, plesk bin ipmanage --reread rereads the interfaces (this changes the configuration).
